I am thinking of relocating to a different city which will mean a rise in my outgoings and possibly a drop in my salary. Will my OR revise my incomings/outgoings thing so that my IPA is amended to reflect this?

1 IPA payment down 35 to go!

Yes.

"What happens if my income changes?

You must contact your trustee (who may be the
official receiver) immediately. Your IPA or IPO
may be changed to take account of the change in
your circumstances.

The trustee may decide to suspend your
payments under the IPA or IPO until your
situation improves."

Hope this helps.
