Posted - 09 April 2009 : 14:12:49 hi thank you for everything, i was read every dtory and questions on the form. thats very helpful. i got my bankruptcy order on 26 of march. and i got my interview after 6 days. and finally second interview on the phone was today. we just check all information and debt incurred and obtained time. she was very helpful. she say she just wanna see my marriage certificate during time i was married. i send it by post today. she say we will wright your creditors. and if we need any information we will contact you. my question is are they gonna contact me? what i need to do because my father been sick in greece and he is not well. if i wanna go there could be a problem?

once the OR has contacted your creditors you will not hear from them again.
The OR may want further information at some stage so if you plan to travel to Greece this is not a problem but you should inform the OR of the dates you will be out of the UK and supply a contact number in Greece if you can.
And to echo Suzanne's sentiment I hope your Dad is much better soon.

I think John mentioned this in a post the other day about passports. If I remember right, just let the OR know what's happening. I'm sure someone will be along and correct me if I'm wrong LOL
