Posted - 09 April 2009 : 16:01:27 hi just wondered if anyone had written to all their creditors after the BR court hearing telling them that they are now BR and giving them the nessesary details.if so did it stop the persistent phone calls and sometimes thinly disguised threats that i seem to be getting at the moment? |

Posted - 09 April 2009 : 18:42:38 I got no calls since BR on 30/3, just rang everybody on the day (0845 numbers are free on BT) and quoted my BR number and gave OR details. I wouldn't waste my money on a stamp for them:)

Posted - 09 April 2009 : 16:10:27 Hi
I telephoned all of mine and gave the details for my BR order together with the contact details of the OR office dealing with my case. I never heard anymore but there have been many stories on the forum of this information taking 4 to 6 weeks to filter through to the appropriate departments.
Worth doing though I think.
