Posted - 09 April 2009 : 17:27:45 I was declared bankrupt in november 2008 but I had a lot of creditors and I forgot to declare one of them. This company is now contacting me regarding the debt and has said that as I didn't declare them I am still liable for the debt? Can anyone tell me if this is true? thanks, nicola
