Posted - 10 April 2009 : 16:12:11 I lost my job redendency and I got loan to pay back £6500 and is secured against my joint morgatge home (my ex-wife + 2 children live on it)+ I got over draft £2150 with bank. could plese give me help on this case.

definately need more information so that we can give you some advice. The information we would need is
1. if you have been made redundant are you likely to get another job relatively quickly or are you in an area that has unemployment problems.
2. does the house have any equity and can you confirm if your ex wife klive in the house or are using the loan to live off - not sure from your post.
3. have you started signing on yet and have you applied for all the benefits available?
4. does your ex wife now pay for the mortgage on the house
