Posted - 13 April 2009 : 12:40:08 hi i went BR on the 6 aug last year, i have just got the house back and restrictions lifted on land registry i have also had a letter about a early discharge,i filled out the forms enclosed and sent back to OR which was 3 weeks ago but still no news how long does this take?

the full process of early discharge can take anything from 6 - 12 weeks as all of the creditors have to be contacted and have no objections.
It's often the length of time the creditors take to respond which delays things.
