yes, OR tried on a few occasions to get us to sign an IPA, our surplus income was £20 per month but they wanted £52 per month! We had to send in receipts, etc to justify our expenditure and they dropped it, phew

Hi

I haven't seen and IPO for several years.

I have however argued our position on several occasions with documentary evidence as to why we believe our position to be justified.

Just saying no because you don't believe it is affordable is not a good position. If however you can justify why you are taking that stance then you stand a better chance when infront of a judge.

why don't you speak to one of the experts to review your position ?
