Posted - 15 April 2009 : 22:50:45 please help - i am unemployed and went bankrupt 0ct 2008, as i had no assets my reciever wrote to me saying that they have discharged themselves from acting as my reciever and wrote to all my creditors saying there is no money to have from me now or in the near future. what does this mean? in respect of dishcharging me from bankruptcy? will it be october 2009 or could i try to get it done before then. kind regards

you are likely to be asked to fill in an IPQA form ( income payment questionairre agreement form ) in the very near future which reviews your income , expenditure and disposable income.
This is the first step to becomming discharged early. However this is not an automatic and is dependant upon the OR themselves.
