you really need to owe more than 750 and be unable to meet the repayments when they fall due. please bear in mind that it costs £510 to petition for Br so ideally you should have a lot more debt.
secondly there are contributions towards your debts but this is based on disposable income and the official receiver will review this and advise what is required
