This didn't remove onset of bankruptcy but only delayed it somewhat. I'm now faced with redundancy again (it will happen in a few weeks). Can I still use my 4 month old petition forms? Not much has changed since then apart from a slight increase in the debt balances. I have the required three hard copies. Can I amend them with any changes by hand before going to court?

I also seem to remember that when I started my online form and registered there was something mentioned that 'if the form wasn't submitted within 3 months it would be deleted' or 'if it was submitted but not petitioned within 3 months it would be deleted' or something along those lines.
I'll bump this back up and maybe one of the experts will know.
