Hi
Yesterday My Husband had his interview and his IpA letter has arrived today for him to agree to the sum. He did mention about forgetting to put money on the expenditure for a domestic break £50pm and this seems to have been ignored. If this has been allowed the IVA would not have happened.
Should he challenge this again or is this up to individual OR's

Some people seem to get this allowed.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, I can actually see it !!!!

Hi Wellerchic & All xX

I would ask...
The thing is every OR is different... Up to them...
I hope you get what you asking... (Goodluck)

The thing is these people are no different to us !!! We can ask n say what we want to them... (mind in my BR... I can remember every step of the way !!! I were actually terrified... Its an awful feeling... But if i had to do it again... I would speak up to them n tell them straight) You are allowed...
I think in my BR n 5 year down the line... It made me a stronger person...

Dont be affraid to ask for anything thats goner benefit for you & your family...

My regards always lil Shaza. xX

if it is borderline between getting an IPA and not, the OR will disallow the holiday allowance, ours did

As I understand it, an OR isn't obliged to allow a sum for a domestic break, it is at their discretion
