Posted - 20 April 2009 : 09:49:07 hi if i receive a personal injury payout for a car accident during my bankruptcy , can the offical reciver take any of the money i recive that was spent on getting a gardner, or car change, and when i recive the money can hel put a restrictions on what it can be spent on please, thank you for your help
