Posted - 21 April 2009 : 21:37:27 hi if i get an insurance payout for a car accident for personal injury that the offical receiver lets me keep , have i got to wait a year or discharged before i spend some of it on an asset or can i do so when i have received the money if the or has sent me a letter stating he has not interest in my payout
