Hi

great organisations.
Sadly the RNA side is dimishing at great speed as they were largely set up by ex WW2 servicemen.
Never served myself but I had so many enjoyable years at the RNA Club itself when the full members number had reduced and those left were getting on in years a few of us decided to help keep the club running by being part of the committee.
At was the least we could do for all those old shipmates when one considers what they did for us.
Great times and great stories, I've heard hundreds and never tired of hearing them.

Sadly yet another funeral this Friday of a member so I will be travelling up to attend and raise one back at the club after in his memory.

Hi Paul

are you an ex matelot or an associate member of the RNA?

In a former life I was briefly Vice Chairman of RNA (Hanworth Branch) and served on the Committee for a few years.
