Posted - 23 April 2009 : 17:42:14 Hi on the application where you put down your creditors and there address, if I put down the wrong dept of the bank that the credit card is for will that be a problem. I have a card where it has been transfered to the collections centre but dont have an address for it so have just put the customer contact centre address for that credit card. I hope this will be ok come court day next wednesday.
While Im talking about court anyone been to Newcastle court and how was it. Looks like a huge buiding.

Posted - 23 April 2009 : 17:46:32 The address for the credit card will be fine. The OR will be used to contacting the different creditors so will probably have the correct address.
I've no idea about Newcastle court but someone else might be able to help.
