Hi,

In the spirit of honesty, I told my case officer of a £100 pay rise. I have to fill in a new IPOQ form, and while bills have gone up (electric, gas etc), I am concerned that the new case officer my look at existing arrangements for holiday, food etc. and reverse these. I have been told that my current agreement is reasonably generous.

Also, the childcare I claim for is deducted from my wifes salary directly to enable an employer linked discount, but I give her the money. As I earn 4 times what my wife earns, I pay the childcare, but is it OK to put this down as it comes out of wifes salary?

I couldnt show a direct payment to my wife to cover this. My wife simply receives all my salary into her account, and it is understood I pay for most of the bills.

This wasnt questioned in the original IPA, and I simply showed an nursery invoice with £300 written on it...I didnt go into details of the exact situation around child care payments.

Thanks

i

I would fill out the forms with mostly the same information as originally but if things have gone up ie. bills, gas, light, then put the new figures in.
The same for your wages , put in the £100 rise
You have then been honest and hopefully it shouldn't be too bad for you.
If any of the original bits are questioned then be honest, the ORs are human and quite a lot will have families, so you should be OK
