Posted - 27 April 2009 : 18:33:13 I will be petioning on Friday too!! Ok so i guess i need 3 copies. Thanks for your replies everyone!quote: Originally posted by gettingoutofdebt
I'd heard it was 3 copies unless you petition at the high court and then it's one. I'll be taking 3 when I petition on Friday rather than having to pay extra for photocopies if I only take 1.

Posted - 27 April 2009 : 16:32:34 Hi - best is to ring the Court Clerk and ask - I'd always thought it was 3 sets but today we only needed 1.
When you check gett he clerks name who confirms this so they can't back track - I heard some courts charge 15p per sheet if they do want 3 sets and you only take 1.
Hope this helps - good luck
