Posted - 27 April 2009 : 21:18:45 Firstly welcome to the forum Bankruptcy (BR) is only one approach to debt and it is one that should be considered long and hard. There is a new type of BR called DRO , Debt Rekief Order. only available if no assets less than £15000 debt and less than £50 Disposable income (DI) The CAB are handling them at the moment and may be more suitable for you with your quantity of debt.
