Afternoon folks,

Just had a look at the insolvency website and my OR details have changed. Initially they were in Northampton, where I petitioned for my bankruptcy, but it now appears to have moved to Ipswich. Does this mean my OR has now changed to and will I have to get to know another OR from now? I hope not, as I quite liked my OR and the thought of going through everything with a new OR doesn't bear thinking about.

Is this normal.. or should I be worried?

My IPA was passed from Croydon to the RTLU in Kent, and to be honest I prefer my case worker in Kent!

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

22 IPA payments made, 14 to go - on the home straight!

Panic over. I just spoke to my OR and they will still be dealing with my BK and the reason why my details are now at Ipswich is that they are dealing with my IPA (Moon beevers). I think my OR must think I'm a raving lunatic as I ask a 1001 questions when I finally pluck up the courage to phone her. I also told her about my £30 anticipated pay rise (gasp!!) I'm due to receive in this months' pay and whether I would need to declare that amount. I was sort of hoping she would say "no" as its not a huge amount, but she said I should let Moonbeever know the exact amount once I know and they will decide whether to increase my IPA accordingly. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they won't want it, but I can see them taking it to be honest. I can see my I&E changing every few months as my travel card expires in September and I think the increase in that amounts to around £30 extra per month.

Somebody told me that going BK is just the start of the paperwork, etc. I'm beginning to think they are right.

This sounds a bit strange. I know that sometimes overflow cases are moved to an outlaying court but if you are already BR then I would have thought they would remain with the same court throughout the BR.

I wouldn't worry about it but it might be worth contacting your OR just to check whether they are the people you should contact or whether it has changed to someone in Ipswich.
