Posted - 28 April 2009 : 18:50:02 I am still alive didnt have heart failure! Everyone at the office was really friendly and helpful offered drinks & newspapers to read while I waited. I was allowed someone with me as requested the OR examiner was really straight forward down to earth approachable non judgemental friendly helpful and even humourous. A really tough day made much more bearable by the attitudes of the office as a whole. Think all ok may get early discharge my car was exempted with no problems and m examiner is looking into how I can buy back my Life assurance policy which is for my daughters benefit should I die or become terminally ill. I couldnt have asked for better treatment, I couldnt have wished for better even. As anyone on this forum knows BR is an awful head place to be I was petitioned through circumstances beyond my control and as a result of being let down by family in something i was guarantoring for them but hey ho same outcome as everyone else BR but there is a way forward. I am still worried I have missed something or got confused but it would appear that I have answered everything and provided all the paperwork I have so hopefully the report can be done and I can start living again! THANK YOU EVERYONE ON HERE FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND ADVICE OVER THE PAST MONTHS :O)XX Hope this posts gives some hope to others

Posted - 28 April 2009 : 20:42:22 Hi as I was petitioned the OR requested. It was nice face to face as I could ask more questions like Melanie said it would be and although noone wants to go through this the experience was not a horrid one.

Good news Charlie, did you request a face-to-face interview or was this specified by the OR?
