I'm currently completing the BR form on the Insolvency website. Once I am finished with that, does anyone have a "ball-park" figure in terms of how many days / weeks it takes to get seen by the Judge.
I'm in London and from all accounts it will be the High Court in the Strand for me.
Do I just take the paperwork and cash up to the Court and wait to be seen on the day, or is not that simple?
Thanks
PS - I've been through National Debtline and CCCS and spent quite some time on this decision, I just don't know what the time-scale is like once you complete the paperwork?

Posted - 29 April 2009 : 15:15:53 Hi there mighty reds - as you are going to be using the High Court you are one of the lucky ones who can go along on what ever days suits you and your papers will be put before the Judge (provided you have taken 2 additional photocopies and have the appropriate fee with you)
Good luck!

If you are at the High Court there are no appointments. You need to take documents & fee to the court fees office at 10am
then you need to go to the Thomas Moor Building 2nd floor where the clerk will go through the forms and you take an oath etc.
then free time and back to the Thomas Moor Building at 2.30 to collect the certificate
