Posted - 07 May 2009 : 18:14:45 yes, it could be that long and maybe even longer. As John mentioned the OR won't be in a hurry to sort this out as he has until the normal 12 month discharge to resolve this.
The best idea is just to think that you will have to wait 12 months for your discharge and if it is less than that it is a bonus. |

it varies from office to office and on case load at the time. The OR may not be in any hurry as he has till discharge to decide.
