Posted - 06 May 2009 : 23:16:02 Fianaly after 5 months since going BR My Lease car is being collected. Sent to letters to Lombard, and 6 phone calls. My Question is There was a small amount of damage to the car, before I went BR. Will they be able to claim for the damage? or can it still go into the BR?

As it is all part and parcel of any lease liability and this was declared in the bankruptcy, any damage claim will also go into the bankruptcy.
