Posted - 07 May 2009 : 17:01:27 hi i am going to have to go bankrupt soon it's just a matter of time as i am out of work and my wife and i have decided that i shall stay at home with the kids and she will return to work my debts stand at more than £30,000 i am receiving letters and phone calls from collection agents and i don't know if i should pay them a little or not as i know what is coming (BR), also i have two agencies after two debts from the same company but do they not have to tell me which account each of the debts are from they are only telling me the amounts owed? any help appreciated, thanks. p.s sorry if this appears twice.
