Hi,
I have just completed the expenditure form for early discharge, does anyone know how long this process takes and what it involves?

Also myself and my husband who went BR last Nov, have not to date beEn given an IPO,[ During our phone interview we were told the OR would look at this and get back to us, apart from this form we have heard nothing!! so presummed we don't have enough disposable income] on this income/outgoings form we only have £10 disposable income, will the OR go through our accounts cutting things out or may we get away without an IPO?

Many thanks

Hi

usually 6 to 12 weeks but keep your eye on the Insolvency Register as you may not receive any formal notification that you have been discharged.

Thanks Suzanne,

Just one more question please?
How long does the process take from filling out IPOQ to finding out if your discharged??

Thankyou

Hi CMJ

It is unlikely that you will get an IPO now as they seem to already have decided you won't get one.
