Posted - 12 May 2009 : 13:39:05 I have my BR hearing near the end of june. I have been living in rented accommodation for a while and i'm not to worried about telling the landlord as i think he'll be fine.
I have split from my wife who will also be going BR, although wants to wait as she has just found a flat and will be moving in next week. She didn't want to tell the landlord (no credit check done) that she is going BR as she doesn't want to lose the flat and thinks if she is their a few months the landlord would be less likely to have a problem when she goes BR.
We have a house together which we will be including in the BR and the negative equity on it.
Do i have to send the keys back before my hearing or can i wait until after it?
How quick after my BR would the companies that we jointly owe start chasing my wife for the money and how quick would they find her?
I suppose i'm asking, how long has my wife got before she should go BR after me in case they contacted her landlord?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurman) Life's too short!!!
