Posted - 13 May 2009 : 15:50:26 I was declared bankrupt on 9/1/2009 and had my interview in February , I completed my income / expenditure declaration at that time but as yet I have not been asked for any monthly contribution to my creditors. Can I assume that after this they have concluded I have insufficiant free funds or is it perhaps too early to tell.

it's too early to tell.
An IPA can be proposed at any time before discharge so unless you are offered early discharge the OR has until Jan 2010 to decide.
