Posted - 13 May 2009 : 22:38:37 Hi there I know that if you pay back family and you go BR, the OR can claim the money back through the courts. My question is: Has anybody ever had this happen to them or is it an empty threat

Posted - 14 May 2009 : 12:37:46 It is not an 'empty threat' if a relative is paid back in prefernece to other creditors they will be asked to repay the money
