Went through how i got so many debts etc... then he added on my tax credits overpayment to my list of creditors and i told him about my overtime at work etc.. I will get an early discharge and i have no need for an IPA as i dont earn enough money. Sky tv was not even mentioned. All in all i am so releived and to tell everyone out there that although you will probably sweat prior in interview it is not bad at all and is nothing to worry about!!!! :) love and light to you all

Blog 14th May It was exactly two weeks ago that I filed for bankruptcy., and now two weeks down the line after OR interview I have learnt that I will be discharged early from the bankruptcy and will not have to pay a IPA. I cannot start to tell you how much relief is felt at this precise moment. One things for sure though, if it wasn’t for all the advice and friendship that I have received from the forum in the past few months, goodness knows where I would have been. If there is ever a doubt in anyone’s head that bankruptcy is too worrying and too much of a big deal to go through with then I will tell you for sure that it is not. I reach out to anyone having doubts and say to you that as long as you have looked down any other possibilities and you are sure that bankruptcy is the best route then GO FOR IT!!! Love and light x
