Hi Can anyone explain to me Section 4 on SOA
Amount owing.... we owe mortgage company 104000
What of yours
is claimed &what is its present value....... Valued at 100k
Net amount owing....Is it -£4k
Amount owing....... 28850 (for secured loan)
What of yours etc... ????
Net amount owing... ????

I'm totally confused never been any good at math (hence the BR!! thanks in advance

It is around £211 plus £1 plus £1.

On each form you put the joint household bills and then the persons personal expenses. You then put your full wage/benefits and your OHs CONTRIBUTION to the JOINT household expenses.

Can i ask does anyone know how much it is to buy back the BI off the OR for both myself and hubby is it one lot of £211 plus £1 +£1 or is it 2 lots of £211 (£422) +£2 ???? Also do we put down separately on each SOA our income and expeniture or do we write down the same on both? thank you very much for your patience guys!!

Hi

on the 1st line - Amount Owing = £104000 ; What is claimed etc = address of the property and a figure of £100000 ; net amount = -£4000.

In the 2nd line - Amount owing = £28850 ; what is claimed etc = same address and a figure of -£4000 ; net amount = £32850.

Figure at the foot of the last column = -£32850.
