Hi everyone i am nearly there now Oct 2nd and out of BR. Today I have recieved a letter from the OR requesting the £211 and £1 each for my husband to purchase the BI on our property but they have also asked for the name and address of the solicitors that are acting for us both in this transaction.Does any body know if I really need one and how much they charge??????

This is unusual as the £211 fees are for the OR's solicitors to arrange for the removal of the OR's interest in your property at the Land Registry. I do not think that it would do you any harm to enquire.
