Posted - 20 May 2009 : 16:24:07 I get completely different ammount of wages rvery month depending on the hours I work,so tax I pay varies greatly, how will they know how much tax I shud have paid.

Posted - 20 May 2009 : 16:39:32 Don't worry too much about it at the moment as you will be able to negotiate with them. If it transpires that when it is set your wages drop significantly and stay there then you can contact them advising them of this and arrange to send lower payments. If you still have concerns about how you are going to deal with the NT provisions, then discuss it with the examiner and they may be able to come up with an alternative.
Posted - 20 May 2009 : 16:35:31 It could be a really big difference though as my wages can vary by as much as £500 and from now we have been told hours will be dropping for the forseeable future.I don't want to end up with more debt to pay out.

What they will do is look at an average, so some months you will lose and others you will gain.
