Posted - 20 May 2009 : 20:07:09 Hi all, just registered to this site with a bit of hope I can shed some light on some questions I have, before I admit to myself that I need to do the inevitable!
I have spoken to soliciters, various companys aswell as my mortgage lender regarding losing my home when I do go BR and all have given me various answers.
Can anyone please give me a contact for someone to speak to (without them trying to push me into an IVA)
Posted - 21 May 2009 : 00:39:00 bankruptcy is starting to be viewed in a whole different light now as far as renting property goes, and actually has very little to do with the estate agents....its down to the landlord in terms of deposits and such, they seem to finally be coming round to the fact that a bankrupt has far more cash and less debt than someone who isnt br!
