Posted - 21 May 2009 : 09:42:59 Hi, I'm in court on 13/07/09 for my bankruptcy hearing will i need to take bank statements, credit card statements, bills etc on that day or when i have my interview after the hearing ??

You only need to take your forms and money to the court hearing. The OR will tell you whether to post the statements etc in to them, or if you take them to an interview.
