Received a letter today from OR telling me my telephone interview will be on 9th June and asking for all the usual stuff to be sent to her.Problem is everything has changed since Monday(BR day) I'v just been informed that as of now my hours will be cut to contract(from 60/72 to 48)making a massive change to wages, have also phoned working tax credits and they said I will more than likely be entitled to it.I have done rough online calculation and might get about £100 week, if this is correct my income will still be about £200 a month less than submitted on SOA.Do I just send all the old information in and explain at interview that everything has changed.

Provide everything as per forms, and then at your telephone interview state your recent change of circumstances - don't worry or fret this sort of thing happens all the time
