Posted - 23 May 2009 : 17:05:44 When I filled in my Statement of Affairs I forgot to include a creditor. The credit was for a bobile phone contract with O2 obtained from Car Phone Warehouse. I told the official receiver's office about them at my interview but I don't have any proof that they are included in my bankruptcy. Also the contract is with O2 but the only reference number I have is with Car Phone Warehouse. I gave this reference number to the Official Receiver's officer at my interview. I am concerned that this debt will not be included in my bankruptcy. What should I do?

Posted - 24 May 2009 : 07:34:31 ? Proof and paperwork. I added a creditor with the OR in TC interview. It was not in the S o A. No problem with this. However what 'proof'do you get. I have nothing as yet. The Or told me on phone I would likely get an IPA of £100 and I could dispute it if I wanted to. I dont as I am more than happy with everything I received a letter to sign this week re the IPA and again stating that I could disagree but I have had no breakdown/figures of I & E and their calculations to be able to do this even if I wanted Have others recieved figures and paperwork. The one, added creditor is the first and only to write to tell me they have heard from OR re BR and adjusted my statement to read 0 So this is I suppoe 'proof' I am still getting letters from some of the others stating that I have missed payments and in arrears.

I've had to add (and then remove, due to it being too long since it was incurred and therefore uncollectable) several debts since my BR date, and its all been fine
