HI

The Royal Naval Benvolent Trust helped me with my bankruptcy fee's they have also pledge some money for me to use in seeing my children as i am divorced .. Do i need to inform the OR of this money £200 can he take it

You should let the OR know about the extra money. If it is a one-off payment then it will be counted as a windfall and the OR may or may not bother with it. Some OR's may not bother as they will have to complete additional paperwork and, as it is a small amount, may not bother.

If it is a regular amount (i.e. £200 each month) then you should definitely inform the OR and you will probably have to submit and new I&E and may get an IPA based on this amount.
