Virgin-- 85.00 (This is for Phone Tv and Broadband this is probably considered way too high) - Yes definitely too high. Normally the OR will only allow broadband for work/education purposes but you can say that your kids need to do homework/research on the Internet. TV isn't allowed so you will have to remove the TV package that you have.

Kids Hobbies-- 20.00. Put this down as 'After School Club' and it should be fine.

Pet Care-- 30.00. You should be able to claim something for this but I am not too sure how much. Leave it in and the OR can only reduce it.

HP-- 107.00 (for Laptop and Washing Machine). This debt should be included in the SOA so will be written off.

Household-- 400.00. Up this to £500.

Clothes-- 100.00. You should be able to claim up to £150 for this.

Mot&Service-- 10.00. This is quite low. Are you sure you don't spend any more? I put £25 for mine and mentioned it was also for repairs and it wasn't queried.

Union Fees-- 15.77 (not sure how to list these as it comes out of husbands wages after tax etc). You can put these down as 'Professional Body Membership' and they will be ok.

Even with removing the HP and prob some of the Virgin charges with the increase in Household and Clothes you should still have less than £99 disposable income so shouldn't have to pay an IPA.

Most ORs will allow a 'UK Holiday' and for 4 this is up to £80 so if your income increases in the future you can add this to the I&E.

Of course, put your I&E up and I'll take a look. Don't worry about Friday it will come and go pretty quickly.

When you are going through BR it completely takes up your life and you can't think about anything else but once you are declared BR and have the OR's interview you will feel much better.

You shouldn't lose these but you should put the amount of credit remaining on the SOA so that the debt can be written off. The OR may ask how much the items originally cost and how much they are worth now but I can't see these being seen as assets by the OR and taken to pay the creditors.
