Exactly Jan. I also didn't find the search on there very user friendly when I had a look.

As stated you drop off the insolvency regiter 3 months after discharge. How ever you will never drop off of the London Gazette, your name will appear for time in memorial and will always be traceable. |

Once you are discharged from BR your name should drop off after 3 months. If you look at the entry for your name there is a report an error function at the bottom so I would try that first.

If you were bankrupt, then your name should have dropped off as soon as you were discharged.
You can always contact the people who run the Insolvency Register and ask them to remove your name. I imagine they may need proof that you have been discharged.
