Posted - 08 June 2009 : 10:36:19 there are schemes available via your local Citizens Advice Bureau providin gyou have utilities in your name and in receipt of a low income into the household. You would have to speak to the CAB though as only they can offer these schemes - give them a ring and book an appointment with their Money Advisor.
