Posted - 09 June 2009 : 15:00:12 You only need to take 3 copies of the SOA and the £510 fee or 1 copy of the SOA and £522 fee if you are petitioning at the RCOJ.
If you are on benefits you can claim some of the fee back (£160 I think) by completing and submitting the EX160A and have a letter stating you are receiving the benefit. This needs to be submitted within 1 month of petitioning for BR. dated within 1 month of tomorrows date.
