Posted - 11 June 2009 : 15:09:19 I am having to retire from work early because of Parkinson's Disease.Last may I arranged an IVA to repay my debts but as my income will now fall short of what I can afford to pay I have to consider bankruptcy.I sold my house in nov 2007 and used the equity to by a small apartment in Lithuania where my wife comes from.I was not able to put it in my name as I am not a Lithuanian resident so it is in my wifes name.I do not have anyone to help me with buying a share in the Lithuanian property what will happen?
