Posted - 14 June 2009 : 18:41:52 Hi The creditors that you havent heard from in a couple of years, how many years is that? As their is a legal statute (think statue of limitation act) But dont quote me that basically says that if a creditor doesnt contact regarding debt within 6 years the debt is dead.
An expert will be able to advise on that

They should be on your credit file, but you may find that some have been sold on. You will have to check.
