Posted - 14 June 2009 : 21:12:30 Hi Just wondered if anyone knew if my Mum would need to pay for a Solicitor when buying the BI in my house. I know we have to pay the fees for the OR plus £1 because of Negative Equity. Has anyone on the forum bought the BI or know anyone who has. I'm concerned that the amount to pay is going to rise if Solicitors fees are added. G x
There is light at the end of the tunnel, I can actually see it !!!!
