Hi

I spoke the OR Clerk yesterday and he told me that my EDREV Form and Early Discharge has now gone to the Official Reciever for Approval, and if I dont hear anything by the middle to end of July I should contact him again.

Why is this? Is this Normal?

The OR will need to have completed your BR case and that any assets have been realised and any IPA is in place. They will then need to contact all of your creditors to see if any of them object. If any of the creditors do object then you won't get the ED. The only reason I can think of them objecting is if you currently don't pay an IPA and they believe that it may be possible for you to pay one before your AD.

I don't know Stu - perhaps they all have to go the OR?

Hopefully someone else who has gone through this will be able to help.

Thanks Jan
But is it normal for it to go to the OR for approval

That would appear to be good news Stu - perhaps they have a bit of a backlog dealing with things?
