Posted - 18 June 2009 : 14:09:26 Is it not DWP that arrange a Post Office account for benefits? My hubby has them paid into that account and it was all done by them.
I would get in touch with DWP to seek their advice.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time

You can open a Post Office card account for benefits that wont be frozen and or a co op cash minder accounnt they are bankrupt friendly and wont close or freeze account but tell them thatt you are going bankrupt when you open the account
