on your site it says you can deal with all associated paperwork? At a charge of £350. It is not clear from this statement whether £350.00 is the total cost OR on top of this you have to pay the court fees £495. please advise

Hi

the cost of £350 would be only for the assistance in filling out of the forms and would not include any face to face meetings, assistance with the Official Receiver, dealing with beneficial interest and income payment agreements and ongoing support.

So there are 3 levels of assistance

1. open assistance via this and other sites
2. form filling assistance from around £300
3. bankruptcy Assistance Services which are bespoke and comprehensive.

in all cases the court fee will be payable separately on the day to the bankruptcy clerk.

Actually, it seems to have disappeared! It used to be on the sister site as well and has gone from there too.

There is a link on this site where you can get assisted BR for £350, but that is in addition to the court fees.

If you need help filling in the forms, then there is always someone available on here to assist.

you can fill the forms in yourself, I did, they might look a bit daunting at first but read them through and do them in stages, they are not that difficult.

You do not need to pay anyone to do this for you

Hi,

Which site it this? Normally the fee that is mentioned by companies that offer assistance with the paperwork is purely for completing the paperwork and you are required to pay the £510 (it's gone up from £495) BR fee yourself.

As £350 is lower than the £510 BR fee then it is highly unlikely that you would get the paperwork and the BR fee for £350.
