Posted - 21 June 2009 : 13:29:55 You need to check your contract, and if it's not clear speak to HR to be on the safe side. I'm pretty sure it won't affect you unless you work in accounts, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I think Nursing is affected in the NHS by Bankruptcy, as I was advised against it when I did my clinical precetptorship (Induction) with the NHS.
Check with HR or Payroll Services

Posted - 21 June 2009 : 08:41:31 If it says nothing in your contract, you could always phone HR up anonymously and ask if BR affects certain positions, or check up on your intranet.
