Well I have spoke to Jenny from coop and she assures me that online merchants are having problems noting the difference between electron and debit but retailers have made the change, she said that I am a medium account holder and would be considered for an upgrade six months after discharge, and so after all myu moaning and ranting I have decided to go back.

Thinkbanking are a joke I have income coming into tomorrow which exceeds my outgoings for this month but they are insistant that I will be overdrawn even though I have told them eight times.

I still think coop have their faults and still feel that they could of offered the other debit card 4988 but on reflection they are better than Think and cheaper too.
