When completing my income/expenses section. Are they just mine or the household . ie Inc my girlfriends income and expenses ref her daughter too?

If you are the one declaring BR then these are just your expenses. If you pay the mortgage/rent, utility bills, etc. then you should put down any contribution your girlfriend makes to these bills. If your girlfriend pays these bills then you should put down the amount you pay i.e. rent may be £600 but you pay £200 so £200 is the amount you would put down.
